和平共存廢除武力
有勇無謀徒有蠻力
深藏不露隱瞞財力
上下同心一齊努力
蓄勢待發卯足衝力
愚公移山展現毅力
同舟共濟齊心協力
消災解厄仰仗佛力
無所不能視為神力
突破自我激發潛力
學富五車高等智力

Different Powers
Power of motivation: a change of mind.
Power of natural disaster: irresistible.
Power of continuation lacking: physically and mentally drained.
Power of sound: to speak with a voice loud and clear.
Power of others: marginal to relying on self to learn.
Power of strenuous effort: equidistant but not intersecting.
Power of authority: defeated by eliminating corruption.
Power at full stretch: to strive ahead bravely.
Power of government: can be tyrannically abused.
Power of the heart: drained when mind and strength are taxed.
Power of independence: needed by nameless and helpless ones.
Power of pressure: to be occupied with myriad daily affairs.
Power of the military: can be withdrawn by ceasing fire.
Power of armed forces: can be eliminated by peaceful coexistence.
Power of force: to be more brave than wise.
Power of wealth unseen: to hide one’s candle under a bushel.
Power of team effort: to work together with one heart.
Power of momentum: ready to launch into action.
Power of persistence: a foolish man who removes mountains.
Power of cooperation: to be in the same boat.
Power of Buddha: eradicates calamities and misfortune.
Power of the supernatural: omnipotent.
Power of potential: stimulated by constantly overcoming self.
Power of intelligence: to be erudite and well-versed.
Power of meditative concentration: firm as Mount Tai.
Power of the great name: Amitabha Buddha.

Power of vigor: to be full of life.
Power that is limited: like a mantis trying to stop a chariot.

Power of unsparing effort: in propagating Dharma and benefiting beings.
Power of leverage: sailing along the wind.
Power of devotion: never slackening day and night.
Power of helplessness: distant water won’t put out a nearby fire.
Power of support: like a tiger with wings.
Power of desperation: when life has come to its end.
Power of weakness: to be timid and cowardly.
Power of collaboration: oneness and coexistence.
Power of concerted effort: to toil together day and night.
Power that is weary: when all food and ammunition are exhausted.
Power of exertion: shown by waving flags and shouting battlecries.
Power of joined effort: demonstrated in a tug of war.
Power of a helping hand: relieve the poor and weak.
Power of violence: must be prevented by peaceful negotiation.
Power of boldness: to speak words that carry enormous weight.
Power of telepathy: miraculous people and happenings.
Power that lacks life: to be in low spirits.
Power of inadequacy: to be willing yet unable to help.
Power of the Buddha: must be relied on to ensure rebirth in Pure Land.
Power of attainment: conferred by masters and patriarchs.
Power of compassion: Guanyin hears and responds to cries for help.

Power of hearing: helps identify sound and position.
Power of comprehension: tested during a foreign language exam.
Power of the arm: what weight lifters depend on.
Power of the hand: must be trained for rock climbing.
Power of the wrist: a contest between two people.
Power of the legs: needed by cross-country runners.
Power of the foot: must be trained for hiking and climbing.
Power of stamina: drained by social and business events.
