勇 氣

現在的人，學習知識比較容易，
學習當一個勇者比較困難。

有的人平時逞強好勝，但在危難
之前，容易為人收買，忘失身負的
重任，忘失做人的骨氣。

所以，真正的勇者，沒有多年的
修心養性，是不容易成功的。

美國的太空人要升到太空以前，
都要修習禪定，因為禪定能養成一
個人的勇氣。

當一個人在生死之前，都能無所
畏懼，還有什麼不能勇敢的呢?

Courage

People nowadays often find it easier to be an intellect
than to be courageous. There are those who are aggressive
and eager to win, but when critical situations arise,
they would often betray their principles, forget their
responsibilities as well as their own moral character
and integrity. Because of this, real courage cannot be
successfully cultivated without many years of training the mind.

American astronauts need to practice meditation to
foster their courage before they are launched into space.
When a person is fearless even in the face of death, what
else is there to be afraid of?
