雲作袈裟石作僧，岩前獨立幾經春。
有人若問西來意，無言相對總是真。
Clouds as the Robe, and Stones the Monk
Tang Situi (1117 - 1164, Southern Song Dynasty)
English translation: Miao Guang
Clouds as the robe, and stones the monk,
Across many springs quietly standing by the rock;
Shall anyone ask about the West mind,
Silence is usually the most genuine reply of all.
