松間枕石眠，夢對白雲坐；
擬問雲起居，松風忽吹破。
Sleeping Beneath Pine Trees, Pillowing on Rocks
Dashan (1633 - 1705, Qing Dynasty)
English translation: Miao Guang
Sleeping beneath pine trees, pillowing on rocks,
Dreaming on sitting face-to-face with the clouds;
As I began asking about the clouds’ life,
Suddenly I am awakened by the piney winds.
