人身難得今已得，
佛法難聞今已聞；
此身不向今生度，
更向何生度此身。

Cultivating in This Life
Ancient Verse
English translation: Zhi Yue

The human body is hard to obtain,
Yet I have obtained it today;
The Dharma is difficult to encounter,
Yet I have encountered it today.
If this body is not used to cultivate in this life,
Till which lifetime would this body be delivered?
