一修不受公婆氣,二修不受丈夫纏,
三修沒有廚房苦,四修沒有家事忙,
五修懷中不抱子,六修沒有閨房冷,
七修不愁柴米貴,八修不受妯娌嫌,
九修成為男子相,十修善果功行圓,
人人若是能十修,必定快樂無憂愁。

What Monastics Cultivate For Grandmother Li (Madam Li Liu Yuying)

Practice 1: Freedom from the grudges of parents-in-law.
Practice 2: Freedom from an irritating husband.
Practice 3: Freedom from bitter hard work in the kitchen.
Practice 4: Freedom from endless household errands.
Practice 5: Freedom from a baby always in your arms.
Practice 6: Freedom from a cold empty bedroom.
Practice 7: Freedom from woe of wood and rice fees.
Practice 8: Freedom from scorn of sisters-in-law.
Practice 9: Opportunity to be just as good as a real man.
Practice 10: Attainment of wholesome merits and practice.

If all ten practices are achieved,
One shall be happy and free of worries.
