人生至寶
佛光星雲 ( 1927~ )

世間上最美好的東西，是「歡喜」,
用歡喜心來做事，無不成就。
世間上最珍貴的舉止，是「結緣」,
用結緣觀來待人，無不成全。
世間上最持久的力量，是「忍耐」,
用忍耐力來處眾，無不成效。
世間上最堅固的行為，是「願力」,
用願力行來工作，無不成事。

給人信心、給人歡喜、給人希望、給人方便；
給，有無限的妙用。
懂得包容、懂得和平、懂得謙讓、懂得尊重；
懂，有無限的妙解。

有的人值得被人利用，故能成才；
有的人堪受被人利用，故能成器；
有的人不能被人利用，故難成功；
有的人拒絕被人利用，故難成就。

Compassion and Everlasting Happiness
Venerable Master Hsing Yun (1927 - , Fo Guang Shan)

The most beautiful thing in the world is happiness;
By working joyfully,
    there is nothing that cannot be achieved.
The most precious action in the world is creating good affinities;
By treating others well,
    there is nothing that cannot be accomplished.
The most enduring power in the world is tolerance;
By getting along patiently,
    there is nothing that cannot be completed.
The most resolute conduct is a vow;
By working with determination,
    there is nothing that cannot be actualized.

Give others faith,
Give others joy,
Give others hope, and
Give others convenience.
Giving, can work endless wonders.

Know how to tolerate,
Know how to be peaceful,
Know how to be modest,
Know how to be respectful.
Knowing, can provide endless solutions.
